About Kristi Gjikondi
Owner and Broker of Gjikondi Realty. Kristi born and raised in Fier, Albania found his passion for real
estate right after college. Graduate of UMASS Boston, with a bachelor’s in management and
accounting, Kristi started his career in corporate working for big real estate companies, both commercial
and residential. Managing and overseeing the financials for big real estate assets of over 500+
residential units and corporate buildings. Kristi decided to use that experience and get into real estate
as an investor and broker. Kristi specializes in investments sales, multifamily residential and commercial
real estate assets, leasing, management and developing. Kristi is very passionate at what he does and
builds his relationships through loyalty and care. Clients’ success is our priority, and my goal is to make
every buyers experience fun and enjoyable. No single transaction is ever as important as a relationship.
